Yudy Vasquez
Yudy has been part of the Studio Art Cafe Team from the very beginning, and is loved by the Studio’s clientele and team - not only because she approaches her role as Creative Therapist with exceptional attention to detail, integrity and care, but because she also makes the best cappuccinos in town!
Yudy has been in the business of providing excellent customer experiences for over two decades, having been in the customer service industry for most of her career. Yudy’s passion for customer service is evident in how she approaches each session: she believes in respecting each part of the creative process - from handling the paints, equipment and artwork, to adding the final, delicate touches to each piece of art her customers create.
Yudy is also our master jewellery maker, and has developed several customised pieces for our Studio. She loves helping her customers create their own unique pieces.
Caitlin Watson
As a Teacher and Learning & Development Specialist, Caitlin thrives on helping her customers learn new skills and push their creative boundaries – and the Studio provides plenty of opportunities to do just that!
Her approach to building long-term relationships with her customers centres around creating great customer experiences and taking a genuine interest in each person’s journey – so that clients want to return for another session, another coffee, or just another chat.
In addition to Creative Therapist, Caitlin wears a few other hats at Studio Art Café, too. Having primarily worked as a corporate learning specialist in the Education, FMCG and Telecommunications industries, Caitlin supports the Studio team by building tools and resources that help create effective customer and employee ecosystems. She also manages the Studio’s social media presence, and loves sharing the masterpieces the Studio’s clients create with our broader community.
Caitlin is new to London (having recently emigrated from South Africa), and has found a warm, welcoming home at the Studio Art Café. She really enjoys the diverse thinking and clientele the Studio attracts, and says that meeting new people is the best part of her role!
